Founded in 1980, Sumner & Stillman is an antiquarian book business located in the scenic coastal village of Yarmouth, Maine. We are a small family enterprise, working out of our Nineteenth Century farmhouse.

We deal primarily in British, Irish and American literary first editions by authors and poets who wrote wholly or partly in the Nineteenth Century. We place strong emphasis on the highly desirable condition of the books we offer.
