First Edition (American) of this boys' tale of the uprising of the "Commons," or serfs, during the reign of Richard II. Though the English edition is dated 1898, both were actually issued roughly simultaneously, during 1897. This is an attractive, near-fine copy (a few very small marks on the spine).
