This book in the "Woburn Books" series is a dark, bizarre, mysterious tale -- told by a man watching a cricket game at an asylum for the insane... It was made into a film in 1978, at which time it was considered a milestone of British horror films.~The volume is in fine condition, with the leaves still unopened; the jacket is very good-plus, with a split down the spine and a little wear at its ends.
