London: Macmillan and Co., 1933. Original blue cloth with gilt-decorated spine, with dust jacket.
First English Edition, preceded only by the American copyright edition that was issued earlier that year in two wrappered leaflets, and a Paris edition translated into French. The standard binding for this English edition was this blue cloth, but some copies were issued instead (undoubtedly for an additional price) in maroon limp leather. It is interesting to note that the front cover Ganesha device (elephant with lotus flower and swastika) no longer has the swastika -- for this was 1933.~This copy is in fine condition; the dust jacket is very good-plus (minor soil and edge-wear). Richards A414; Stewart 601. Item #13532
