Illustrated [with photographs]. New York: The Macmillan Company, 1925. Original blue-grey cloth pictorially decorated in gilt.
First Edition, third printing (the first two were in 1915 and 1916). This is the log that Charmian maintained when she and Jack cruised to the South Seas in 1907-1908. The front free endpaper is inscribed by Charmian:
To Marjorie and Lawrence Coole: And wasn't it the best little adventure that ever happened to the right man and woman. In memory of a May day in the Valley of the Moon -- Charmian London.
This is a very good-plus copy, with some light marks on the spine and moderate rubbing of the front cover illustration. Item #14989
